Medical Advocacy Consultants was established to take any actions that speaks in favor of, recommends, argues for a cause, supports, defends, or pleads on behalf of others. We coordinate lawyers, consultants, and healthcare professionals to solve problems that contribute to psychological distress.

Medical Case Management
Having an Advocate work (HIPAA compliant) with a client means “an extra pair of hands” to resolve a client’s problems. Because he/she is external to the system, our advocacy can help to improve communication, diffuse tensions and resolve conflicts when disagreements arise between the involved parties.
Medical Incarceration Advocacy
No one wants to face complications with the Bureau of Prisons or the Department of Corrections. At Medical Advocacy Consultants, we combine a deep understanding of correctional systems with clinical expertise to support individuals and their legal teams at every stage. We provide pre-trial medical evaluations, help prepare clients and counsel for potential health-related challenges during trial or incarceration, and offer guidance on designation and access to appropriate medical care while in custody. If possible, we also assist in advocating for Compassionate Release or a Reduction in Sentence.
Substance Use Counseling
Our staff has over 30 years experience in treating opiate, alcohol, amphetamines, cocaine and other substance use disorders. We have worked closely with an addiction specialist to develop a state of the art program of medical assisted therapy with psycho-education to stop the addiction, and teach the causes of substance use disorder while the stabilization and healing phases occur.
Eldercare
Old age often brings complex medical and logistical challenges. At Medical Advocacy Consultants, we help families navigate this critical phase by providing personalized, whole-patient support.
